  • Cultivation of Psilocybe cubensis mushrooms is illegal in most jurisdictions and may result in criminal prosecution

2.3 Legal Restrictions

Psilocybe cubensis spore syringes and liquid culture are legal to possess for microscopy purposes in most U.S. states, with the following exceptions:

We DO NOT ship Psilocybe cubensis products to:

  • Idaho
  • Florida

Customers in these states will have their orders cancelled and refunded. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of possession in your jurisdiction before ordering.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Mean Mushrooms is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

5.3 Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Mean Mushrooms are shipped pursuant to a shipping contract. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Contaminated or Defective Products

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a contaminated, defective, or damaged product, please contact us within 60 days of purchase with your order number and photographic evidence. We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
